By accessing or using TopicTrawler, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or service.

TopicTrawler is operated by Workware, based in Mumbai, India.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating or using an account. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Description of service
TopicTrawler provides tools and workflows related to topic research, content ideation, and related planning support. We may update, modify, or discontinue features from time to time.
5. Free signup and onboarding credits
Users may create an account for free. New accounts receive 20 AI credits to try the platform. These credits expire one year after grant unless stated otherwise.
6. Paid credit packs
Additional usage may be purchased through prepaid credit packs. Purchased credits expire one year after purchase unless stated otherwise at the time of sale.

- Best Value: 5,000 credits for $299.99
Published pricing may change from time to time.
7. Refunds
Unused purchased credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, excluding the payment gateway fee. Additional conditions may be described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of the overall customer-facing policy framework.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with the operation of the website or platform, attempt unauthorized access, violate applicable law, or use the service in a way that harms Workware, TopicTrawler, or other users.
9. Intellectual property
The TopicTrawler website, product materials, branding, and related content are owned by or licensed to Workware unless otherwise stated. These Terms do not transfer ownership of intellectual property to you.
10. Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and the website or service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control.
11. Disclaimer
TopicTrawler is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Workware shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of TopicTrawler.
13. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in Mumbai, India, subject to final legal review and refinement.
