Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for TopicTrawler credit-pack purchases.

2. Free signup and free credits

TopicTrawler accounts may be created for free. New accounts receive 20 AI credits as an onboarding offer. These free credits are promotional usage credits and are not purchased value.

3. Refund eligibility for purchased credits

Unused purchased credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, excluding the payment gateway fee.

4. Non-eligible cases

Purchased credits that have already been used, partially consumed, or requested for refund after the 14-day refund window may not be eligible for refund.

5. Credit validity

Credits expire one year after grant or purchase.

To request refund support or ask a billing question, contact support@workware.in and include enough detail for us to identify the relevant purchase.
